Connecting the Throttle Quadrant & Flaps

Wiring

Connects to the CAN Bridge over the same shared bus as every other device — see the CAN Bridge wiring guide for cabling and termination rules. Remember: 120 Ω termination belongs at the two physical ends of the bus, not at every device.

First-time setup

  1. Install SimLinkHub if you haven't already.
  2. Wire the panel into the CAN bus and power it up.
  3. Launch SimLinkHub — the panel appears as its own live-updating widget in the main window once it's seen on the bus.
  4. Move each throttle/prop/mixture lever through its full range once. If a lever moves the wrong direction or doesn't reach the ends, see Adding a Device for adjusting its calibration range — this is a database setting, not a firmware change.
  5. Launch MSFS 2024 — the levers and flaps lever take effect immediately.
